Naranja Web has an extremely simple return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products or services you may obtain a complete refund, no questions answered. We may ask you why it is you want a refund, and what we might do to fix the situation. However, you are not obligated to answer any of these questions and may simply state your dissatisfaction with our product or service and request a full refund. A refund will be made no later than 15 days from the request. We want you to be confident that under any circumstances a fair resolution can be found if you are unhappy with our services.
